Privacy policy
Jungle Mornings collects only what it needs to keep you informed about the product and to answer you when you contact us: your email address if you join the waitlist, and your phone number and messages if you write to us on WhatsApp. We do not sell personal data, and we do not run advertising trackers on this site.
Who we are
Jungle Mornings is a functional breakfast brand launching in Singapore. For anything in this policy, write to [email protected].
What we collect and why
- Waitlist. Your email address, so we can send launch news and the occasional guide. Legal basis: your consent when you sign up. You can unsubscribe from any email.
- Email. If you write to us, we keep the correspondence for as long as needed to answer you and handle any follow-up.
- WhatsApp. If you message our WhatsApp business number, we receive your phone number, your WhatsApp profile name and the content of your messages. These are processed through Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform under WhatsApp's business terms and used only to respond to you. Automated replies may be generated by our systems; a person can always step in.
- Website. This is a static site. We use Google Search Console to see which searches lead people here, which shows us aggregated queries, not individuals. We do not use advertising cookies or behavioural tracking.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers that make the above work: our email and hosting providers, Cloudflare (which serves this site), and Meta for WhatsApp messages. Each processes data on our instructions. We do not sell or rent personal data, and we do not share it with advertisers.
How long we keep it
Waitlist emails until you unsubscribe or we close the list. Correspondence for up to two years after the last exchange, unless a longer period is required by law.
Your rights and data deletion
Under Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act, and equivalent laws where you live, you can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data at any time. To delete your data, email [email protected] with the subject "Delete my data" from the address or phone number you used with us, or send the word DELETE to our WhatsApp number. We confirm within 14 days.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top moves and material changes are noted here. Continued use of the waitlist or our WhatsApp number after a change means you accept the updated policy.
